Thursday

Hours of Sleep: 7
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Corn Beef sandwhich, grapes, apple, granola bar, cookies, water
Dinner: Pasta and meatballs
Evening: Peanut butter sandwhich, two granola bars, cereal
Workout felt very good today. Very consistent lap times. Couple 9.9's on crappy ice. Skates feel great since Paul rocked and bent them. Leave tomorrow for AmCup 2. Group 2.
RPE: 6.5
