Saturday

Hours of Sleep: 8.5
Breakfast: Cereal, Egg and Cheese sandwhich
Lunch: Cottage cheese, chips, granola bar
Dinner: Turkey and Cheese Sandwhich, bread, pie
Weights were pretty hard today. Did 4 reps of 145 lbs. on the back squat. Went for an easy fun in the afternoon. Off day tomorrow.
