Lunch: Peanut Butter sand, chips, graps, cookies, water
Dinner: Potatoes, turkey, stuffing, squash, water
Evening: egg, cheese
Ice was fairly easy. Felt good. RPE: 6

Lunch: Peanut butter sandwhich, english muffin, chips, vitamin water
Dinner: Ziti and Meatballs
Evening: Pizza and cereal
Went to the gym today. Did core and one plyos drill. Active rest this week.

Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwhich, chips, granola bar, apple, water
Dinner: Chicken, potatoes, carrots
Evening: English muffin, eggs.
Spun on bike today. RPE: 3

Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Penut Butter sandwhich, chips, apple, granola bar, water
Dinner: Steak, onions, broccoli, carrots, water
Evening: Eggs, granola bar, crackers
Ice felt good tonight. Not as well as last night. Tired.
RPE: 7

Wednesday

Hrs of Sleep: 7
Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: Sandwhich, grapes, chips, granola bar, water
Dinner: Stew
Evening: Granola bar
Skated late tonight. Felt very good. Leaning in well while making good pressure taking two crossovers into the turn. Had some fairly good lap times.

Tuesday

Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce and cheese sandwhich. Grapes, chips, granola bar.
Dinner: Hamburger, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onions.
Evening: Nuts, English Muffin.
Ice was hard tonight. The short rest made what seemed like an easy workout very hard. Hit most of the times. RPE: 7.5

Monday, AmCup II

Lunch: Penut Butter Sandwhich, goldfish, grapes, granola bar, water
Dinner: Spagetti with meatballs
Evening: Granola bar, cereal, english muffin
Off Day today
Day 1 of AmCup II:
-Made 1500 A final with a time of 2:38
-Finished 5th in Final with a time of 2:38
-Made C final with a time of :47.84
-Finished 4th in Final with a time of :47.83
Day 2:
-Fell in 1000 heat.
-E final. First out of 2 with a TT time of 1:38
-Made B Super Final for 1500.
-Finish 1st with a time of 2:34

Felt uncomfortable and unrelaxed most of the meet. Felt very good in Super Final.
