Hours of Sleep: 7
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwhich, english muffin, chips, vitamin water
Dinner: Ziti and Meatballs
Evening: Pizza and cereal
Went to the gym today. Did core and one plyos drill. Active rest this week.
