Tuesday

Hours of Sleep: 7.5
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce and cheese sandwhich. Grapes, chips, granola bar.
Dinner: Hamburger, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onions.
Evening: Nuts, English Muffin.
Ice was hard tonight. The short rest made what seemed like an easy workout very hard. Hit most of the times. RPE: 7.5
