Friday

Hours of Sleep: 10
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Nuts, orange juice
Dinner: Shrimp and Broccoli with spagetti, grape juice
Evening: Cereal
Sprint runs 3x thru went well today. First time we have done them in a while. Hamstring pulled a little on the hill sprints. I stretched before, but not enough. Weights and a ride or a run tomorrow.
