Monday

Hours of Sleep: 8
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Roast beef and cheese sandwich, chips, apple, grapes, granola bar, water
Dinner: Viel Stew, pie, water
Evening: Pie, chips, egg, cider
Skating in Troy tonight was technically hard. Lots of track changes. A few speed changes. Fell on the 4 laps inside track. I got to far back on my blades and the ice broke.
Felt good. RPE: 6
