Last weekend I went to my first meet of the year in Rochester. I did very well, getting personal bests in all of my races. I placed third overall. I felt very comfortable and strong, not completely wasted at the end of the races.
My name is Josh Cummings and I am a very dedicated short track and long track speedskater. I am going to keep notes about my training, nutrition, and meets here. Currently my Personal Best in Short Track for these distances are:
500m: 46.46
777m: 1:13
1000m: 1:33.58
1500m: 2:30.1
My coach is Paul Marchese. I have been skating for almost 8 years and train in Saratoga and in the Capital Distict.
