Juniors:
Went well. Had a crappy time trial. A 1:38. Racing was good. Won the 1500m B superfinal. Set a lot of PBs. Won the 1000m B final with a time of 1:36.3. 46.7 500.
North Americans:
Wasnt as good as I would have liked. Ice was slow. 1500 B superfinal: 2:33.2.

Skating in Troy tonight was technically hard. Lots of track changes. A few speed changes. Fell on the 4 laps inside track. I got to far back on my blades and the ice broke.

Sprint runs 3x thru went well today. First time we have done them in a while. Hamstring pulled a little on the hill sprints. I stretched before, but not enough. Weights and a ride or a run tomorrow.

First Post!
Last weekend I went to my first meet of the year in Rochester. I did very well, getting personal bests in all of my races. I placed third overall. I felt very comfortable and strong, not completely wasted at the end of the races.
